  All prices on www.magalipascal.com are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). However, if you’re using the website’s local currency feature, prices will be displayed in your local currency based on real-time exchange rates. Please note that this conversion may affect the final price due to fluctuating rates.

  Please note: prices do not include GST/VAT or Tax and Duty. All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia, and any applicable taxes, customs fees, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. The prices shown on the website cover the item price only.

  An additional conversion rate fee may apply to your order total. This fee is determined and processed by PayPal, not Magali Pascal. For any concerns regarding the fee, please contact PayPal directly.

   

• AUSTRALIA

   

  No Shipments on Australia Public Holidays

  If you’re located within Australia, we offer Australia Post Express shipping services. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.

  All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, except if placed over the weekend/public holidays, your order will be dispatched the next business day.

• INTERNATIONAL

  
  All international orders are shipped via DHL Express from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. A signature is required upon delivery.

   

  Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
  International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (for EU orders) are not included in the purchase price and will be charged upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. DHL will contact you directly to arrange payment.

   

  If you refuse the shipment or Tax & Duty upon arrival/delivery by DHL, your order will not be eligible for a refund because the seller has fulfilled their obligation to deliver, and the refusal is a buyer's decision, not a failure on the seller's part.

  We recommend contacting DHL or your local customs office beforehand to get an estimate of potential fees.

   

  Shipping to Indonesia:

   

  Orders via our international site to be shipped to Indonesia address will be dispatched from Australia and delivered by DHL. Any customs duties, import taxes, or associated fees incurred upon arrival are the customer’s responsibility.

• SHIPPING ADDRESS

  To ensure your order arrives safely and smoothly, all parcels require a signature upon delivery.

  Address Guidelines:

  • No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses, as most local couriers are unable to deliver to these locations. Please provide a valid residential or business address.
  • Business Hours Addresses: We recommend providing an address where deliveries can be received during business hours. If using a work address, ensure it’s accessible to couriers (e.g., Reception or Mailroom) and include any necessary details like unit or floor numbers.
