All international online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia. They are processed within business hours. Please read the full information below.

Duties & Taxes (DDP Shipping) - Shipment outside of Australia

All Duties & Taxes Included — No Hidden Fees

We ship all orders on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning import duties and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will arrive with no additional charges or unexpected fees.

Please note that duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable in the event of a return.

 

An additional conversion rate fee may apply to your order total. This fee is determined and processed by PayPal or Payment Provider, not Magali Pascal. For any concerns regarding the fee, please contact PayPal or your Payment Provider directly.

The discount code applies only to full-priced items and cannot be used on already discounted items. If your cart contains both full-priced and discounted items, the discount will only be applied to the full-priced items.

If you’re located within Australia, we offer Australia Post shipping services. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.

All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours, except if placed over the weekend/public holidays, your order will be dispatched the next business day.

If you’re located outside of Australia, your order will be shipped via FEDEX from our Australia warehouse and dispatched within 24–48 hours (next business day for weekend or public holiday orders).

 

All international orders are shipped from Australia via FEDEX using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and paid at checkout. Once your order is confirmed and paid, you will not incur any additional charges upon delivery. No hidden fees!

SHIPPING ADDRESS

To ensure your order arrives safely and smoothly, all parcels require a signature upon delivery.

Address Guidelines:

  • No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses, as most local couriers are unable to deliver to these locations. Please provide a valid residential or business address.
  • Business Hours Addresses: We recommend providing an address where deliveries can be received during business hours. If using a work address, ensure it’s accessible to couriers (e.g., Reception or Mailroom) and include any necessary details like unit or floor numbers.

Magali Pascal is not liable for parcels lost in transit or unsuccessful delivery attempts for any reason. For customers in rural Australia: Please note that our courier partners may deliver your parcel to the nearest main postal office in your area.

 

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION or MODIFICATION

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at online@magalipascal.com with your order number.

Please note, we cannot guarantee cancellations. Due to the fast turnaround time in our warehouse, once your order has been packed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

 

 

PRE-ORDER - TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Magali Pascal occasionally offers exclusive pre-order opportunities. By placing a pre-order through www.magalipascal.com, you agree to the following terms:
  • Pre-order cancellations are only accepted within 2x24 hours (48 hours) after the order has been placed. No cancellations will be permitted beyond this period, as production and logistics processes begin immediately.
  • Any cancellation of a pre-order will incur a 5% fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • If a pre-order item becomes unavailable or production is canceled, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
  • If you need to change your delivery address, please notify us within 7 days of placing your pre-order. Address changes requested after this period cannot be guaranteed, and your item will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. Partial payments, deposits, or payment plans are not accepted.
  • Pre-order items are clearly marked with estimated shipping timelines. These dates are approximate and subject to change due to production or logistics delays. We will notify you in the event of any significant delay.
  • Orders within Australia are shipped domestically via AusPost. Orders outside Australia are dispatched from Bali, Indonesia via DHL on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any applicable taxes, customs fees, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer
  • Ordering both in-stock and pre-order items together may result in a single or partial shipment when items become available.
  • Once processed, pre-orders are non-exchangeable, except where required by consumer law (e.g., damaged or faulty goods).
  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Magali Pascal is not liable for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
