By completing your purchase from Magali Pascal Online International (www.magalipascal.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our return and refund policy, as acknowledged by ticking the agreement box at checkout, which serves as your digital signature of acceptance.

Return Eligibility

  • Full Price Items: Eligible for a full refund, size exchange, or online store credit.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing or fit issues or slight colour differences. In cases of a manufacturing defect, items may be returned for online store credit only, subject to severity of the defect and further inspection.
  • Final Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing or fit issues or slight colour differences. Please note that minor imperfections may not qualify for return or online store credit, given the heavily discounted nature of these archival items.
  • Purchases made with Online Store Credits or Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Please note: We do not accept Online Order return requests submitted through email, social media, or other communication channels. All return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal link.

Important Return Terms & Conditions

Please review the following conditions to ensure your return is accepted:

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
  • Items without tags or that do not pass quality check will not be accepted.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear, jewellery, or accessories.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted beyond this time frame, and no exceptions will be made.
  • Ship your return within 7 calendar days using the Return Label provided. If not shipped within this timeframe, the label will automatically expire and your return request will be cancelled.
  • We only accept returns shipped using our official Return Label generated from the portal. Returns sent using other methods or couriers will not be accepted.
  • If we do not receive your returned item(s) within 14 days from your request approval, the return will be cancelled and  no refund or store credit will be issued.
  • If you need a different size, please return your item for online store credit and repurchase the correct size (subject to availability).
  • Magali Pascal is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
  • Return Label will be provided via our portal. The Postage Fee (for Return Label) and a Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Postage (Return Label) fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, varying by shipping zone. Please refer to the fee table below.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your original payment method and eligibility.
  • Prices and credit amounts are displayed in the store's primary currency (AUD). If you requested a refund, the credit will be issued in the currency used for your original purchase.
  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable.
  • For orders with returned value over A$1,000, if there is any import duties, taxes, charged to us will also be deducted from your refund.

 

To ensure fairness to all customers and orders, we apply our policies consistently and do not make individual exceptions. 

 


How to Return

All returns will be sent to our warehouse in Australia, regardless of the country of origin of the order, as all orders are fulfilled and processed from this location.

If your item meets the eligibility criteria listed above, please follow the steps below to initiate your return:

Step-by-Step Return Process:

1. Log in to our Return Portal: https://returnsportal.shop/magali-pascal

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your return request.

Note: if you see a warning or are unable to submit your return, your order/item(s) is not eligible for return or refund based on our eligibility, terms & conditions mentioned above.

We do not accept Online Order return requests submitted through email, social media, or other communication channels. All return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal link.

3. Once approved, you will be able to generate and purchase a return label directly from the portal (fees apply).

4. We only accept returns shipped using our official Return Label generated from the portal. Returns sent using other methods or couriers will not be accepted.

5. Ship your return within 7 calendar days using the Return Label provided. If not shipped within this timeframe, the label will automatically expire and your return request will be cancelled.

6. Once your return is received at our warehouse, our team will process it within 3–7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been reviewed and refund is being processed.

Currency and Refund Details
Prices and credit amounts are displayed in the store's primary currency (A$ or AUD). If you requested a refund, the credit will be issued in the currency used for your original purchase.


Exchange Item

 

Exchanges are currently only available for domestic orders (Australia). You may exchange for a different variant (size or color) or product, as long as stock is available. Please note that restocking and postage fees still apply.

For all other regions, exchange item are not available. Instead, customers outside of Australia may choose Full Refund or Online Store Credit.

Once an exchange has been processed, the exchanged item is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

 

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at online@magalipascal.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number and relevant photos/videos of the item(s) along with a detailed description of your concern. Photos/videos are mandatory for evaluation by our QC team. Claims with unclear or irrelevant imagery will not be processed. Additional videos may be requested for further investigation.

We make every effort to ensure that the colours of our garments are displayed as accurately as possible. However, variations in individual screen settings and lighting conditions may result in slight differences between the colours shown online and the actual product received, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

 


Restocking & Postage Fees

For all approved returns, a flat Restocking Fee and a Postage Fee (Return Label) will be deducted from your refund based on your shipping zone. Return labels are only issued via our returns portal.

For payments made in other currencies, the Restocking Fee and Postage Fee will be equivalent to the stated amounts, converted at the prevailing exchange rate on the refund date.

Gift Card & Store Credit Policy

  • If you received a Gift Card or Online Store Credit, please adhere to the expiration date stated on the card. You can check the expiration date by clicking the link in the email sent to you or by logging into your account (account.magalipascal.com) with your email address.
  • If no expiration date is stated on the Gift Card or Online Store Credit, it can be used at any time.
  • Gift Cards and Online Store Credit from an order or purchase from the Magali Pascal International website are only valid on the same website, using the account associated with the original purchase.
  • Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be extended or reissued.
  • Purchases made with Online Store Credits or Gift Card cannot be returned.
