By purchasing from Magali Pascal Online International (www.magalipascal.com), you acknowledge and agree to our return & refund policy outlined below.
If you wish to return an item, please see below for details and instructions of Magali Pascal return policy and procedures. (Please note you are currently on our INTERNATIONAL website, please go to id.magalipascal.com if you placed your orders on our INDONESIA website)
Return Eligibility
- Full Price Items: Eligible for a full refund, size exchange, or online store credit.
- Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing or fit issues. In cases of a manufacturing defect, items may be returned for online store credit only, subject to severity of the defect and further inspection.
- Final Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing or fit issues. Please note that minor imperfections may not qualify for return or online store credit, given the heavily discounted nature of these archival item.

Return Terms & Conditions
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Returns are accepted at our team's discretion.
- Items returned without tags will not be accepted. Swimwear must include the hygiene sticker and tags. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewellery.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days after receiving our return instructions. Exceeding this timeframe will cancel your return request.
- If we do not receive your returned item(s) within 30 days from the date your return request was approved, your return will be cancelled, and no refund or store credit will be issued.
- Magali Pascal is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit. If the parcel is lost or undelivered, no refund or store credit will be issued. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
- Full Price Items purchased with a Gift Card cannot be refunded and will only be eligible for a Gift Card.
- If you need a different size, return your item for online store credit and use it to purchase the correct size (subject to availability).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; we do not refund any shipping-related costs.
- Please note that if the returned item(s) do not meet our return requirements or fail to pass the quality check, we will not be able to issue a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- If the value of your returned order exceeds $1,000 AUD, import duties and taxes and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Magali Pascal is not liable for lost garments during return shipping. We recommend using a prepaid service with tracking.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at online@magalipascal.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and relevant photos/videos of the item(s) along with a detailed description of your concern. Photos/videos are mandatory for evaluation by our QC team. Claims with unclear or irrelevant imagery will not be processed. Additional videos may be requested for further investigation.
Delivery and Tax & Duty Payment Refusal
If you refuse the shipment or Duties & Taxes payment upon arrival/delivery by DHL, your order will not be eligible for a refund because the seller has fulfilled their obligation to deliver, and the refusal is a buyer's decision, not a failure on the seller's part.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. MAGALI PASCAL has no control over these charges, and we can't tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
MAGALI PASCAL is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges. If these charges aren't paid on time, your order will be returned to us and no refund will be given. Items will be taken into disposal process.
We recommend contacting DHL or your local customs office beforehand to get an estimate of potential fees, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
How to Return
If your return meets the outlined conditions, please follow these steps:
- Logging in by clicking this app HERE to submit return form.
- Follow the instructions within the app.
- Include your returns form; if you do not have one, please provide your name and order number.
- Once your return is received at our Sydney warehouse, our returns team will process it within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification once processed.
- Australian customers can create, purchase, and print a return label through our returns portal.
- You may also email us at online@magalipascal.com to initiate the refund/exchange process.
Additional information:
- Refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days after receiving our return instructions. Exceeding this timeframe will cancel your return request.
- You may use a courier of your choice; express shipping is not required. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we do not refund shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
- If the value of your returned order exceeds $1,000 AUD, import duties and taxes and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Gift Card & Store Credit Policy
- If you received a Gift Card or Store Credit, please adhere to the expiration date stated on the card. You can check this by clicking the link in the email sent to you or by logging into your account (account.magalipascal.com) with your email address.
- If no expiration date is stated on the Gift Card or Store Credit, it can be used at any time.
- Gift Cards and Store Credit from an order or purchase from the Magali Pascal International website are only valid on the same website, using the account associated with the original purchase.
- Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be extended or reissued.
